The purpose of the FoDU 5K for hope is to raise funds for our ongoing work across Uganda that serve over 5,000 students and teachers at our nine partner schools. Funds for this year's event will be aimed at our ongoing development of the Hope Empowerment Center in Bbanda that will provide sustainable programming for generations to come in the areas of technology, sports, youth development and education. All funds not needed at Bbanda will assist with school fees, character development workshops, hygiene kits, soccer training and coaching, technology training, travel opportunities, and leadership development activities for the children we serve across Uganda.
